Over the next five years and with the exclusion of ground rents, we have an exit strategy to dispose of all of our assets located outside of London and the Thames Valley, to enable us to focus on new investments within Reading where our team holds considerable experience. In addition, our long term goal is to reduce our carbon footprint and the reduction in time spent travelling to sites will deliver greater efficiency and reduced costs.
As a result of the above we are reviewing new investments within Reading and the Thames Valley as they become available, to ascertain whether they fit our investment criteria.
